DELIVERY INFORMATION
Items may ship separately. We normally ship standard ground delivery service. Delivery charges for most items are based on the total dollar amount as listed on the order form. Most goods arrive 8 – 10 days from the shipping date. Certain personalized items and merchandise may take longer. You will be notified of any delay.
SUBSTITUTIONS
On occasion we may be required to substitute another item of equal or greater value to assure your item arrives on times. We may also substitute a product of equal or greater value for certain treats during warm weather. As always, our full guarantee always applies.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect applicable sales tax on merchandise delivered to Texas. Please add the appropriate amount to the subtotal on the order from.
