Minimum Orders There is no minimum order requirement when purchasing from Savannah Ashcroft, other than the case pack quantities as shown. Shipping Shipping differs according to products. Most items ship within 72 hours. Logoed amenities require at least 30 days and may require additional set-up and approval. Email is sent when the product ships. If a product is a time sensitive order, please email us before ordering. On all other products please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Savannah Ashcroft ships via UPS Ground and on orders exceeding 15 cases, best available carrier. Depending on your location, transit times will be seven to ten business days. For faster delivery, a shipping cost increase will apply. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays occurring once goods leave our warehouse. Shipping Delays Customer agrees that it will not hold Savannah Ashcroft accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of nature or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall Savannah Ashcroft be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery. Savannah Ashcroft will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. We offer quality products and services and stand behind them. We endeavor to ensure our customers are completely happy with our products, therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your order, minus shipping charges. Returns Policy Please do not return anything to us without first contacting our customer service department via email at returns@savannahashcroft.com for return instructions. Please fill out a Returns & Exchanges form to ensure we can process your request as quickly as possible. Click here to download a form. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you choose to send back your goods through another preferred carrier, we recommend you select a service that provides tracking information. Savannah Ashcroft is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process if tracking information is not available. However, orders that are returned because of customer error will be charged freight and in most cases a restocking charge of 15-20 percent. Restocking fees are percentage charged for returning an item that is not defective or received in error. Industry standard is 15 - 30 percent. Industry Restocking fees help keep costs and prices down. When items are returned in non-resalable condition, we are liable for that merchandise cost. Our hospitality industry standard fee is in line with the cost associated with the freight and return. Please note that certain special order and logoed issue hotel items are non-refundable. All Custom amenities, made to order items, such as logoed or special printed products, items defaced or physically damaged by end-users, cannot be returned unless it was our error in following your order instructions. We want to be sure you are happy with your all of your orders. Please remember to inspect all packages when they arrive. Never accept a shipment that is damaged. Refuse the shipment to the carrier and get a receipt. Notify us immediately and we will issue a new shipment. Order Changes/Cancellations Savannah Ashcroft will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you. In the case of changes, the setup fees may be different depending on your requirements. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage. Over Runs and Under Runs In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order. Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. Savannah Ashcroft will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. The industry standard on most products is ± 5%. For instance, if you order 1,000 mugs you could potentially receive between 950 and 1,050 mugs. Exceptions to the above are paper and plastic bags, which may vary ± 25%. We will bill either your account or credit card only for the actual quantity shipped. Variations In Quantity Every endeavor will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered, but estimates are conditional upon margins of 5-10 per cent depending on the product as shown on our site. However, Savannah Ashcroft does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product Color Product photos are not guaranteed to be color accurate. If a specific product color is important, please request a product sample before ordering. Charges may apply. Requesting a sample when placing your order will likely delay production time. Product Quality We strive to only sell high-quality products. We guarantee our products against defects in production. A less expensive product should not be compared to the quality of a more expensive product. If you have concerns about the potential quality of a product, please request a sample prior to ordering. We may need samples of your product so that we can determine if the product suffered a defect during production. Illegal Matter The printer shall not be required to print any matter which in his opinion is or may be of an illegal or libellous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party. The printer shall be indemnified by the customer in respect of any claims costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, design or of any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any material printed for the customer. The indemnity shall include (without limitation) any amounts paid on a lawyer's advice in settlement of any claim that any matter is libellous or such an infringement. Claims Advice of damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit or of non-delivery must be given in writing to the printer and the carrier within three days of delivery (or, in the case of non-delivery, within 28 days of notification of dispatch of the goods). Errors in printing must be made in writing to Savannah Ashcroft within 20 days of delivery. Printer may request samples to verify any errors made during printing. Savannah Ashcroft The printer shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with except in any particular case where the customer proves that (i) it was not possible to comply with the requirements and (ii) advice (where required) was given and the claim made as soon as reasonably possible. Liability The printer shall not be liable for indirect loss or third party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit, whether as a result of the printer's negligence or otherwise. Insofar as is permitted by law where work is defective for any reason, including negligence, the printer's liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such defect Where the printer performs its obligations to rectify defective work under this condition the customer shall not be entitled to any further claim in respect of the work done nor shall the customer be entitled to treat delivery thereof as a ground for repudiating the contract, falling to pay for the work or cancelling further deliveries. Electronic Files It is the customer's responsibility to maintain a copy of any original electronic file. Proofs Proofs of all work may be submitted for customer's approval and the printer shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. Production will not begin until approval of proof has been received. Depending on plant times and production schedules, the first day of production may be the next business day following artwork approval. Color Proofs Due to differences in equipment, monitors, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable. With certain products we are not able to guarantee exact color matches even when printing specific Pantone colors. Imprint Colors and Surface Colors We cannot guarantee exact matches among imprint colors and surface colors. For example, a specific Pantone color will vary depending on what type of product it is printed on, the color of the product, and the printing process that is used. With most products, printing within one or two shades of a specific Pantone color is deemed industry standard. Surface colors may vary as well. We work for as much consistency as possible, but there will be color shifts during production runs, and between separate production runs. Color Registration and Imprint Location When printing more than one color, there are a couple considerations to keep in mind. Some print methods do a better job than others of "registering" or lining up the imprint colors to each other. Promotional products are printed in a variety of ways, such as pad printed, screen printed, or by letterpress. With any of these methods imprint colors can move as much as 1/16" in position and compared with other imprint colors. Some products, such as balloons and plastic bags, may even require a significant gap between imprint colors. Often we can help compensate by "trapping" or "overprinting" the imprint colors. A "trap" is when a printer spreads a color so that the different colors overlap just a bit. That way if one color moves during printing, you don't end up with the surface color showing through. Another method used to compensate for color registration is to "overprint". Often the darker color can be printed right over the top of the lighter color, avoiding registration issues. Where the colors overlap you may notice some color variations in the imprint colors. Some colors are less noticeable. Some may be quite noticeable. There's no way to exactly "butt" the colors up to each other and guarantee perfect color registration. The amount of trapping and overprinting required by any specific product varies. Taxes and Duties Savannah Ashcroft. is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of Texas. Companies, individuals and organizations that are exempt from sales tax should provide us with their resale certificate by fax to 207-761-2450. Purchaser is responsible for self-assessing any applicable sales or use taxes that may apply to this sale for your state.
